Welcome to what I believe is the most innovative restaurant concept in the city: one where meat lovers and vegans can dine side by side without compromise or sacrifice. I am on mission to change how we think about healthy food. Our motto: “Eat as if your life depends on it,” drives my menu creation and ingredient sourcing.
Most of what you will experience from our meat to our wine selection was grown within 100 miles of our address. Our beef is grass-fed. Our greens are organic. Our seafood is sustainably caught and delivered daily. Our wine list is Californian. We combine global flavors and seasonally inspired ingredients from my East Bay garden, local farms and vineyards, and wild foragers so we can serve only healthy beautiful food.
