I am on a mission to change how we think about healthy food. I actually think we should “eat as if our life depends on it”. Most of what you will experience- from our produce to our wine selection- was sustainably grown from local suppliers. Our beef is grass-fed. Our greens are organic. Our seafood is delivered fresh daily and butchered in house, and our wine list is Californian. We combine global flavors with seasonally inspired ingredients from my East Bay garden, local farms and vineyards, and wild foragers. The result is quite special. We are honored to serve you and hope you taste the essence of our mission in every bite!

Kombu is located on the 4th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel.

We share a special dedicated entrance and elevators the Equionox sports club.  Our shared entrance is a few steps to the LEFT of the main lobby entrance on Market St, please kindly avoid entering  the Four Seasons Lobby.
