Welcome to what I believe is the most innovative restaurant concept in the city: one where meat-lovers and vegetarians can enjoy great food side by side without compromise or sacrifice.

We are on a mission to change how we think about healthy food. I actually think we should “eat as if our life depends on it”. Most of what you will experience, from our produce to our wine selection, was produced within 100 miles of our restaurant in San Francisco. Our beef is grass fed. Our greens are organic. Our seafood is delivered fresh daily and butchered in house, and our wine list is Californian. We combine global flavors with seasonally inspired ingredients from my East Bay garden, local farms and vineyards, and wild foragers. The result is quite special.
