Terms and Conditions

 

  1. DELIVERY: Catering services with office deliveries must be scheduled with our catering team at least 24 hours before event or meal time.  Kindly provide the following information:
    1. Shipping address
    2. Contact Person
    3. Contact Phone number
    4. Contact Email
    5. Instructions for access
    6. Instructions for dietary restrictions or allergies
  2. SHIPPING: Kombu currently does not offer shipping
  3. REFUNDS:  Kombu purchases, prepares, and delivers all orders with confidence that our clients will be satisfied.  Still we may not be able to please everyone.  Clients who are not completely satisfied may request a credit in the amount of the original purchase to be used for future orders.
  4. CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.   Canceling service within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a charge in full.
  5. ALLERGIES:  As part the terms and conditions of our store, all clients are required to notify Kombu about any food allergies they have.  Food may be prepared in the presence of nuts, soy, flour, shellfish, and other foods known to cause allergies.
  6. PRICING: Kombu Kitchen prices are subject to change without notice
